''I work on personal experience, exploring memory and place; the subtle poetic changes a day offers, an awareness of the environment I am in and its relationship with my internal world. Through memory I transform these experiences into displays of sculpture, drawing and painting. My investigation of materials and found objects often leads to symbolic references and with this I can begin to explore a sense of belonging, identity, and an understanding of the relationships that connect and counteract my internal world with the external.''
